What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens to the information you provide through the contact form on this website. It does not cover any other way you might contact the project team.
What we collect
Only what you enter: your name, the way you would like to be contacted and the corresponding email address or phone number, your organisation if you give one, your role or interest in the project, the topic of your enquiry, and your message.
If you tell us no response is needed, you are not asked for contact details and none are required.
We also record the page you submitted from and the date and time, and we use Google reCAPTCHA to tell real submissions from automated ones. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms of service.
Why we collect it
To read and respond to your enquiry, to route it to the person best placed to answer, and to understand which subjects the community is asking about so the project can address them.
Who sees it
Your submission is stored in an internal system available to the project team and to Integra staff who need it in order to respond. It is not sold, and it is not shared for advertising.
It may be shared with professional advisers or contractors working on the project where that is necessary to answer you, and where the law requires disclosure.
How long we keep it
For as long as the project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that the record of what the community asked and what was answered is preserved.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Submitting the form is voluntary, and you are not obliged to provide any information you would rather not.
Contacting us about this notice
